Activities and visits on Tenerife
Tenerife is an island part of the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean. With 1 million inhabitants, it is the most populated island. It has well connected airports – one in the north of the island and one in the south.
On the island is the Teide National Park, catalogued by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The island is a top tourist destination, with no lack of top-rated hotels surrounded by a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Tenerife is famously known as ‘the island of eternal spring’ due to its gorgeous weather – with temperatures between 18°C and 25°C all year round. Besides learning Spanish, there is a multitude of activities that you can be involved in: surfing, kite surfing, diving, and various other watersports, and not to mention further tourist attractions and gastronomic activities.
